I have been in the mortgage industry since 1999 and have been involved in many aspects of the lending process. The most satisfying part of this industry is the fact that I get to help people. Helping others is very important to me and my family.
I have 2 young children at home and we do lots of volunteer work together through our school and church. I am a Den Leader in my Son’s Cub Scout Pack, and I have a lot of fun showing my children the importance of helping others and being kind through the things we do together as part of Scouting and our school and church. I have also volunteered for the Ovarian Cancer Alliance of Ohio as a founding member and former Chair of their annual 5K to raise awareness about Ovarian Cancer. It is a cause that is dear to my heart and I have met many wonderful people during my involvement.
Here at Partners United Financial, I love the opportunity to help people achieve the dream of homeownership and to provide them with financing solutions to meet their needs. We have so many options here. Please come see me if you’re looking for a home, or if you know anyone who is looking- send them my way!
There are pros and cons to both buying a fixer upper versus a move-in ready home that boil down to preferences, expectations, and cost and savings.
